We're seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare projects across the United States. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, you will oversee the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of outpatient care centers, ambulatory care, and other medical environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual healthcare projects
- Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, and budgets
- Identify project delivery resources, conduct bid analysis, and lead evaluation interviews to recommend resources to clients
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Implement communication plans, track project progress, and report status and variances to stakeholders
- Assess change requests, identify project risks, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training in healthcare construction projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare construction projects
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in MS Project or Procore project management software
- Prior experience in a supervisory position and ability to make effective and persuasive presentations
- PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP certifications preferred
