We're seeking a seasoned and innovative General Manager to spearhead our Healthcare and Life Sciences division, driving growth, strategy, and commercialization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will leverage your expertise to shape the future of our organization and make a lasting impact on the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, utilizing System's cutting-edge science, technology, and initial commercial validations
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team, overseeing all business operations within the Healthcare and Life Sciences division
- Drive customer and market segmentation, identifying and securing key lighthouse customers and leading go-to-market strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, engineering, product, and design, to integrate customer needs and insights into product development and GTM strategy
- Represent System in the Healthcare and Life Sciences community, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences leadership, with a strong network and robust understanding of the ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving growth, commercialization, and innovation in a startup or larger company environment
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as MD, PhD, MPH, and/or MBA
- Strong background in consultative sales, data/API products, and emerging technologies, including AI
- Leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
- Systems thinker, passionate about System's vision and aligned with our core values
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $375,000
