As an Underwriting Specialist, you will play a critical role in risk selection, pricing, retention, growth, and profitability. You will use independent judgment and initiative to support business goals, maintain a high level of customer service, and analyze coverage and limit requests. You will also develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers, interpret and market products and services, and apply underwriting rules and guidelines.
