As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and updating various types of data into computer systems and databases. This position requires great attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into computer systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify data and correct data input errors
- Conduct periodic data audits to ensure data integrity
- Manage spreadsheets and other digital data sources
- Work independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
