Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Part-Time HR Manager to oversee and optimize our remote sales team operations. The ideal candidate will excel in onboarding, payroll management, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive remote work culture. Key Responsibilities: Â Oversee onboarding: set up email and CRM logins, and assign online training using GoHighLevel. Â Manage payroll: create commission checks, issue pay stubs for Canadian hires, and oversee invoices using QuickBooks. Â Update and evolve online training materials to align with company growth. Â Handle recruitment via LinkedIn, Upwork and Facebook Groups for new sales members and onboarding of remote team members. Â Foster team collaboration and communication via Slack. Â Ensure employee satisfaction and maintain a high-performance environment. Qualifications: Â Professional training or degree in HR Management. Â Experience managing remote teams in high-performance environments. Â Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM, BambooHR, QuickBooks, and Slack. Â Excellent English communication skills. Â Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Â Access to a reliable computer (preferably Mac) and a stable internet connection. Â Quiet working space. Hours and Compensation: Â Hours: 10-15 hours per week. Â Compensation: $500 - $700 CAD per month. Why Join Us?
