The person in this position will be responsible for collecting, calculating, and entering time for individual branches.
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Checking and auditing records for United States labor compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.
Research and email appropriate audience of file and hour issues.
Enters time into Bullhorn Time and Expense system.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers, company, and employee sensitive information.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
Other duties are to support Payroll, Accounting and HR functions as required.
Has at least 3 years of experience in US payroll processing and accounting
Proficiency in data entry and payroll systems
Has experience with Bullhorn Time and Expense
Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance standards
Strong communication skills with great active listening skills.
Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Self-reliant and ability to take direction.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
