The Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF) is a leading healthcare nonprofit organization focused on supporting early-stage research to address the unmet needs in diagnostic and therapeutic options across the spectrum of autoimmune diseases. For over 50 years we have been funding research to advance the mission to find a cure for autoimmune conditions and provide patients with the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives. ANRF maintains a four-star Charity Navigator rating.
We are the leader in the funding of early-stage research to identify promising new therapies for autoimmune diseases. One in every four adults —more than 58.5 million— in the U.S. are living with arthritis, and that number continues to grow. Until these numbers stop growing and there is a cure, our work is not done. ANRF has now formed a wholly owned venture subsidiary Immune Boost Capital (IBC)to provide early seed and initial translational funding for research that has shown the potential to move forward to commercialization.
IBC has been created with a $1M dollar initial funding from ANRF, with the goal of securing a first milestone of $5M of external funding. The fund is established as an “evergreen” fund and will make stand-alone seed investments as well as co-invest with other venture capital firms and strategic partners in early financing rounds.
We promote an environment that attracts and retains talented people who are passionate about eradicating autoimmune related diseases. Join us and you will join an amazing team, devoted to our community, and our mission.
