About the Role Jetvia is building a next-generation aviation company that is remote-first, operationally complex, and scaling quickly across markets. As Vice President of Finance, you will serve as the company’s most senior finance and accounting leader, reporting directly to the EVP. You will own the full finance and accounting function end-to-end — from the general ledger and monthly close to financial planning, strategic analysis, and executive reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will not only lead and develop a mid-size team of 4–8 finance and accounting professionals, but you will also roll up your sleeves to build models, own deliverables, and drive analysis yourself. The entire accounting and finance function reports to you, and you are accountable for the rigor, accuracy, and strategic value of everything it produces. You are stepping into a company at an important inflection point — growing headcount, expanding markets, and building the financial infrastructure to support a more complex, performance-driven organization. hands-on experience building and maintaining executive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI - Executive presence and communication skills: ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear narratives for senior leaders and boards - Proven ability to lead as a hands-on individual contributor — building models, owning deliverables, and driving analysis personally alongside managing others - Experience managing or building a finance and accounting team, with a track record of developing talent - Strong business partnering instincts — you are a strategic thought partner and an operational owner, not just a financial scorekeeper Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to Part 135 or Part 121 aviation operations, multi-state workforce models, or complex compensation structures - Experience supporting M&A due diligence, LOI evaluation, or post-acquisition integration - Prior experience at a high-growth, PE/VC-backed, or operationally complex company - Experience supporting investor relations, board reporting, or fundraising processes
