Virtual Assistant Needed for Email Management, Admin Work & Follow Ups...
I run a growing service-based business and I’m looking for a reliable VA who is strong with email management, follow ups, and detailed admin tasks. This role is straightforward for someone organized that takes initiative & is great at problem solving.
Main responsibilities:
Manage incoming emails and draft clear replies
Follow up after demos, meetings, and client calls (via email or sms through Go High Level & Gmail)
Track action items and keep tasks moving
Coordinate instructions with myself & my team
Handle detailed admin work inside Gmail, Google Sheets, GHL, Slack & more
Look up client account details (minutes used, plan details, subscription questions) and prepare accurate responses
Organize notes, gather information, and help keep operations running smoothly
Create reports or compile info as required for clients
Ideal candidate:
Strong written English
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Sheets, GHL, and Slack
Able to investigate and gather information when clients have account questions
Can work during North American hours
Consistent follow through and good time management
Nice to have:
Previous VA or admin experience
Experience with subscription services or client accounts
Familiarity with Go High Level
Hours:
Part-time to start with potential for more hours
