Pair Eyewear Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Virtual Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat and digital messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging systems
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and support processes

• Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
• Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
• Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Comfortable using CRM systems and online support tools
