Job Description:
• Design and implement a holistic employee lifecycle strategy
• Direct management of 8–9 team members, fostering their professional growth
• Partner with CPO and executive team to align People strategies with PE value creation plans
• Drive performance management evolution towards continuous feedback and accountability
• Build a robust leadership pipeline to mitigate talent risk
• Own global engagement roadmap utilizing technology and data
Requirements:
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP)
• Proven track record in a Private Equity-backed SaaS company
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams (US, Mexico, India, and EMEA)
• Ability to design and implement global talent assessment and succession planning strategies
• Consultative experience with senior leaders on organizational design and leadership efficacy
• Data-driven approach to employee engagement and productivity insights
• Expert-level change management abilities
