VP, Global Sales & Marketing

Job Description: • Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior management across Telix and its subsidiaries to ensure success of commercial initiatives. • Develop customer strategies by segment, including revenue optimization and distribution planning. • Develop and execute global marketing plans aligned to company goals. • Own the global product lifecycle and commercial strategic plan, including corporate agreements. • Establish and execute pricing and contracting strategies. • Drive development and execution of marketing plans for current and future products. • Partner with Human Resources to recruit and retain top commercial talent. • Analyze market and industry trends to inform new commercial strategies. • Ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment in partnership with functional leaders. • Contribute to new product development ideation. • Establish and manage annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
