Job Overview The VP of Project Delivery is responsible for the construction and execution management of the company's project delivery system, ensuring projects are completed on time, with quality, and within budget, and continuously improving customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency. This position is a core senior executive role connecting sales commitments, product realization, and customer value delivery.
II. Core Responsibilities (12 items)
* **Develop Delivery Strategy and System:** Establish company-wide project delivery strategies, standard processes, and methodologies.
* **Portfolio Management:** Coordinate multiple project portfolios, optimizing resource allocation and prioritization.
* **Project Delivery Execution Management:** Ensure all projects are completed successfully on time, with quality, and at cost.
* **Delivery Process and Standardization:** Promote the standardization of delivery processes (PMO system, delivery specifications, templates, etc.).
* **Customer Delivery and Satisfaction Management:** Manage key customer projects, improving customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
* **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Coordinate sales, product, R&D, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progress.
* **Project Risk and Quality Management:** Establish risk identification and response mechanisms to ensure delivery quality and stability.
* **Delivery Cost and Budget Control:** Optimize resource allocation, improving project profitability and return on investment.
* **Delivery Digitalization and Tool Development:** Introduce project management tools (Jira, MS). Project and Data Analysis Systems
Team Building and Organizational Management
Manage project managers, delivery managers, and implementation teams to improve overall capabilities
Performance Management and Indicator System Establishment
Establish a delivery KPI system (delivery rate, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Senior Reporting and Strategic Support
Report delivery status, risks, and improvement suggestions to the CEO/COO
