We are seeking a Product Leader to own product vision, strategy, and execution end-to-end.
This leader will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level — setting the long-term product direction while actively engaging in discovery, prioritization, and delivery of complex, AI-powered capabilities. The role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a central role in shaping the company’s future.
What you will be doing:
Product Vision & Strategy
• Own and drive a clear, differentiated product vision aligned with company goals and long-term platform strategy
• Translate vision into multi-year roadmaps balancing innovation, scalability, quality, and commercial impact
• Identify new growth opportunities across AI, automation, platform expansion, and new customer segments
AI & Platform Leadership
• Lead product strategy for AI-driven, data-intensive capabilities, including machine learning and automation
• Partner closely with engineering and data teams to turn technical capabilities into measurable customer value
• Make informed tradeoffs across accuracy, performance, scalability, explainability, and speed
Execution & Delivery
• Own end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch and iteration
• Drive prioritization, requirements, UX flows, and edge-case handling as needed
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable products in a fast-paced environment
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization
• Establish strong product operating rhythms and best practices
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
• Communicate product direction and progress clearly to executive stakeholders
Measurement & Impact
• Define and track success metrics across adoption, retention, quality, and revenue
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine strategy and execution

• Strong technical fluency, familiarity with the leading LLMs, MCPs and APIs with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and data teams
• Experience operating in high-trust, mission-critical, or regulated environments is a strong plus
• Former founder (advantage)
• You love tinkering with the latest, cutting-edge AI tools and even build things on your own
• Bachelor’s degree required (technical background)
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) - advantage
