OVERVIEW
The VP, Product Management – AI for Work (AI4W) will lead the strategy, development, and growth of our AI-powered productivity and workflow solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, customers, and go-to-market.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI4W, from identifying real customer problems to building and scaling solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring deep engagement with enterprise clients, strong product intuition, and the ability to translate ambiguity into execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the AI4W product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company growth goals
- Drive P&L accountability for AI4W solutions, including revenue, adoption, and profitability
- Identify high-impact use cases across functions (Sales, HR, Engineering, Support, etc.) and translate them into scalable product offerings
- Define clear differentiation for AI4W in a highly competitive market (e.g., copilots, productivity tools, workflow platforms)
Customer-Centric Innovation
- Engage directly with customers (CIOs, business leaders, functional heads) to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations
- Translate customer problems into product requirements, use cases, and solution architectures
- Co-build with strategic customers and partners to validate product-market fit
Execution & Delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and AI teams to define product specifications and deliver high-quality releases
- Prioritize roadmap based on business impact, customer value, and speed to market
- Drive product development from ideation through launch and scale
- Ensure strong feedback loops from field, customers, and usage data into product decisions
Go-To-Market & Field Enablement
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to define positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Support key deals through demos, solution positioning, and executive conversations
- Build reusable solution assets (demos, use case playbooks, value narratives) for field teams
- Ensure demo environments and product storytelling are aligned with real customer scenarios
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and customer obsession
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of building and scaling enterprise software products required
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and P&L required
- Strong background in AI/ML-driven products, automation platforms, or productivity tools (e.g., copilots, workflow automation, enterprise SaaS) required
- Deep customer-facing experience, including leading workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level engagements required
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders required
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, automation, APIs, integrations) required
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Previous experience collaborating with engineering teams on product specifications and delivery required
- Excellent proficiency in communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts required
- Experience building and managing high performing globally product teams required
Preferred:
- Experience in AI copilots, agentic AI, or workflow automation platforms
- Background in one or more functional domains (Sales, HR, Customer Support, IT, etc.)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira
- Technical background or hands-on experience in software development
- Experience working in global, distributed team environments
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $200,000 - $220,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
