Must reside in Austin, Texas, or surrounding areas
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service or support experience preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment
Provide responsive and high-quality support to Yelp users
Assist with account access, content moderation, and product features
