Pathway Church is a close-knit and growing church located in beautiful Freeport, Florida-just 20 minutes from the beach! We're launching a brand-new youth ministry and looking for a passionate, energetic, and visionary Youth Pastor to lead the way for students in grades 5-12. This is your chance to build something meaningful from the ground up and help shape the next generation of Jesus-followers.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Creating and leading a fun, Christ-centered youth ministry for middle and high school students
• Planning weekly youth nights, Bible studies, small groups, and discipleship moments
• Organizing events, retreats, service projects, and other awesome experiences
• Building real, lasting relationships with students and their families
• Recruiting, training, and leading an amazing team of youth volunteers
• Working with the Lead Pastor to keep the youth ministry aligned with the church's mission
• Being a trusted mentor, spiritual guide, and friend to students
• Making sure the youth environment is safe and welcoming
• Keeping parents and the church in the loop with regular communication
• Evaluating and improving the ministry so it continues to grow and stay relevant
