Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teams
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones and KPIs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or software development projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
