Administrative Contractor – Online Events Support (Fluent in Arabic)

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive parttime contractor to support the execution of a series of online events focused on the startup and investor ecosystem in the MENA region. This role is ideal for and Arabic speaker interested in startups, venture capital, and building meaningful connections within a global innovation network. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and send outbound emails to prospective investors and startup founders • Manage follow-up communications to drive responses and confirmations • Build and maintain accurate attendee lists for each event • Track outreach progress and engagement across campaigns • Coordinate basic logistics related to online event participation • Ensure data quality and organization across contact databases Qualifications: • Fluent in Arabic • Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, and professional email writing) • High attention to detail and organizational ability • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively • Familiarity with startups, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems is a plus • Experience with email tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems preferred Time Commitment: • 10–20 hours per week • Flexible scheduling; work can be completed asynchronously What You’ll Gain: • Direct exposure to the startup and investor ecosystem • Opportunity to build relationships with founders and investors across the U.S. and internationally • Insight into how online investor events are structured and executed • A flexible role that can complement other professional or academic commitments Ideal Candidate: Someone who is curious about startups, enjoys outreach and communication, and wants to expand their professional network while contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
