We’re looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team in, Kings Hill, UK.
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a part-time (25hrs) People & Culture Administrator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent, who will be responsible for supporting on a range of People and culture administrative services that align with the company’s global and local, strategic objectives.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.
Prepare and process contracts, payroll documentation, benefits, and employee communications.
Generate insightful HR reports and analyze workforce metrics, including diversity and inclusion data.
Collaborate in the implementation and ongoing support of new ERP and People & Culture systems.
Partner with people managers and payroll to confirm accurate payroll data and compliance.
Microsoft Office applications.
Experience within FMCG/food production produce/manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using HR software.
An understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
