We’re a B2B-focused marketing agency looking for a skilled AI video creator to help us produce short-form video ads using AI tools. These videos will be used across platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, primarily for paid advertising and brand awareness campaigns.
We want videos that feel human and authentic, even though they’re created using AI. Our typical use case is starting from a still photo of a real person and turning it into a short, engaging talking-head or lifestyle-style video using AI tools.
We care about realism, clarity, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Turn still photos of real people into short-form AI-generated videos
Create 15–60 second videos optimized for:
-- YouTube Shorts
-- Instagram Reels
-- TikTok
Match tone and style for B2B brands (professional, credible, relatable)
Adapt videos for paid advertising best practices
Handle light scripting or help refine provided scripts
Deliver multiple variations for testing when needed
TOOLS & SKILLS
You should have hands-on experience with AI video tools.
Strong understanding of short-form video for ads
Ability to make AI content feel natural and human
Experience with B2B or professional brand tone
Basic video editing and formatting skills
