Our team of experts is dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complexities of shareholder communications, and we're passionate about delivering exceptional results. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individual investors, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and emails, and ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective shareholder communications strategies, and you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound and outbound calls, and emails from individual investors, providing accurate and timely information about shareholder communications * Develop and implement effective shareholder communications strategies, working closely with our team to ensure that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively * Maintain accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics, including call volume, response rates, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement training programs to ensure that our customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for improving our shareholder communications services * Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that you're aware of any changes or updates to our services or processes **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required * 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience * Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with individual investors * Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills * Experience with Windows (10 or 11) and USB headsets (no wireless) * Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as requested * Internet speed: 50 download/ 10 upload **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in shareholder communications or a related field * Knowledge of public companies and shareholder communications regulations * Experience with data entry and record-keeping * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
