Overview
Location:
Thailand or Singapore
The (associate) manager will support the Director of Strategic Finance in managing investor-facing activities, including capital raising, due diligence, and financial modeling. The role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of both equity and debt-related transactions. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing company operating in a startup environment, requiring flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership across a wide range of tasks.
Two positions are available and responsibilities will be split based on focus:
• One will primarily support equity investor processes: this job description focuses on the equity-side.
• One will primarily support debt financing and banking
.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate data collection and document preparation for due diligence exercises.
• Manage information flow and deadlines across internal teams and external consultants (e.g., technical, legal, and financial advisors).
• Support the Director of Strategic Finance in preparing investor presentations, and internal decision papers.
• Support with investors’ relation management, such as providing regular progress reports, financials and any other ad-hoc reports required from investors.
• Work closely with accounting/treasury team to manage and track funds movement and financing costs.
• Support in maintaining and updating financial models to support capital raising, investor updates, and internal strategy.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, activities, and timelines typical of a fast-paced startup setting.
• Support the Director Strategic Finance in all relevant tasks where requested.
Equity-specific focus
• Prepare materials for potential equity investors.
• Support external equity due diligence processes (financial, legal, ESG, technical).
Requirements / Skills / Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or related roles.
• Solid financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting transaction execution, including due diligence and documentation.
• Familiarity with working alongside legal, technical, and financial consultants.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
