Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing video surveillance technology company as a B2B Appointment Setter where you’ll play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with revolutionary cloud storage solutions. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology that serves diverse industries and helps businesses transform their security infrastructure. Your role will directly impact company growth as you generate qualified leads and schedule high-value demonstrations with the company’s leadership team. This position offers excellent earning potential with both competitive base compensation and attractive commission opportunities on deals averaging $5,000-$10,000.
Responsibilities:
- Generate interest and qualify prospects for video cloud surveillance solutions
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to integrators and end-user businesses
- Schedule appointments and webinars with company CEO using Calendly
- Target two main customer segments: camera system integrators and end-user businesses (property management, hotels, warehouses, etc.)
- Follow up with leads and maintain prospect pipeline
- Coordinate demo scheduling and tutorial sessions
- Work towards converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with understanding of cloud technology, storage solutions, and basic surveillance terminology
- At least two years of recent B2B appointment-setting or sales experience, preferably in technology or security sectors
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various business types
- Experience with appointment setting and lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools like Calendly
- Ability to work independently and manage prospect pipeline effectively
- Understanding of integrator vs. end-user business models preferred
