Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Craft high-quality beverages, following recipes and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with our store team to drive sales, control costs, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions, and make recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, and adhere to our store's operating policies and standards.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required - we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success!
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
