About the Role:
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
