The role involves advising clients on insurance solutions, analyzing customer needs, and promoting products and services to ensure the best protection for clients' assets.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions
- Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions
- Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions
- Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network
Skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Dynamic and customer-driven
- Developed advisory skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
- Bilingual (French and English) - Need to process claims files from English-speaking clients on a regular basis
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
