Responsibilities
- Support various stakeholders in Business Development, manage attorney requests (alerts, processes, ethics/conflicts, proofreading, web team coordination)
- Set up webinars (registration links, scheduling, partner descriptions)
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor email and ensure quick turnaround, especially for alerts
- Communicate effectively with attorneys (mostly via email)
- Collaborate with various departments for training and workload distribution
- Maintain clear communication about workload for proper task allocation
Skills
- 1–2 years of professional services experience (marketing experience is a plus)
- Well-spoken, polished, and strong communication skills
- Responsive and detail-oriented
