About the Role: Business Management Intern
We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Business Management Intern to join our dynamic GBC team on the East Coast. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management, honing your analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the business manager to analyze data, identify trends, and formulate recommendations that drive business growth.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to interpret complex data sets and create compelling presentations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information, fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
- Participate in team meetings and other relevant activities to gain exposure and knowledge, expanding your professional network and insights.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $18 to $36 per hour, based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance.
