Job Summary
We're seeking an exceptionally energetic and coordinated Business Process Analyst to join our Business Process and Analysis Team for Inside Sales. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and work flows across Inside Sales channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and enhance the customer and guide experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business cycles and work processes for development and automation potential opportunities
- Understand and influence vital objectives, client requirements, and business targets
- Vet process changes by clearly defining business impact and success measurements with Inside Sales leaders and counselors
- Maintain tight associations with stakeholders from different departments to execute changes
- Completely test changes with interdepartmental stakeholders and Inside Sales business clients to guarantee desired influence
- Implement changes broadly with Inside Sales business clients responsible for managing and working business processes through education and training
- Screen, measure, and provide feedback on process execution through volume and productivity gains, counsel, and consumer loyalty, and undertaking good outcome measurements
- Document process changes through database articles, support pages, and advantageous preparation advisers to guarantee best practices are adopted
- Constantly question how Inside Sales works to ensure ideal organizational effectiveness while maintaining a positive culture that pleases and shocks Tesla clients
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of cycle/change management experience
- Experience with sales-centered call center tasks and tools
- Proficient in creating, managing, and prioritizing changes in JIRA
- Ability to positively impact others through strong cooperative and informative skills
- Capacity to understand and convey the requirements of all stakeholders, including technical groups, to guarantee all necessities are met
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-speed environment and navigate through a questionable climate; enjoy challenges
- Results-driven "make it happen" character; ready to adjust various ventures as natural
- Exceptionally cooperative person
- Enthusiasm for Tesla's products and faith in Tesla's central goal to speed up the progress toward sustainable energy

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
