Responsibilities
- Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region, providing daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
- Creates product, sales, and business function training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Coordinates marketing activities with Marketing organizations, including direct mail and advertising, to drive lead generation and business growth.
- Coaches, performance manages, and develops staff to achieve their full potential and advance in their careers.
- Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management to ensure the team is comprised of top talent.
- Manages budget and provides support to marketing and sales programs to drive business growth and revenue.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of telesales business development representatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

Oracle offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- Competitive salary: $73,100 - $117,000 per year.
- Equity: May be eligible for equity.
- Commission: Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35.
