Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, quote and bind in line with underwriting guidelines; maintain a healthy pipeline
- Proactively manage renewals/retention; identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Provide responsive, personalized member service, support members through the claims journey
- Track activities and outcomes in CRM; EPIC experience is an asset
Skills
- Experience in P&C insurance, sales, or customer service
- Valid Ontario General Insurance Agent (OTL), RIBO, or equivalent license
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; organized and self‑directed
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for local travel
- CAIB/CIP in progress
- Knowledge of agriculture and small commercial industry an asset
