**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients via email, live chat, and telephone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
* Respond to customer requests for information about order status, implement requested changes, and work with the internal team to resolve one-off challenges.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide cross-functional support and contribute to the growth of our business.
* Utilize Zendesk, Microsoft 365, and other tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to drive effective solutions.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including photography and digital art principles.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.
**Requirements:**
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; college degree preferred.
* 3+ years of Customer Service experience, including knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Zendesk experience a plus.
* Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive effective solutions.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers or other departments.
* Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to interpret and apply concepts of basic algebra.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical or computer support or call center experience.
* Strategic thinking and project management ability to lead large account integrations and product additions.
* Proven ability to act independently, exercise judgment, and influence people to take appropriate actions.
* Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to pull data from various sources, organize, interpret, and use that data to drive effective solutions in a timely manner.
