Certified Salesforce Systems Administrator with nCino My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new six month plus remote Certified Salesforce Systems Administrator opportunity available for a major firm in Basking Ridge, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The forty-hour work week schedule will be full remote. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Salesforce Systems Administrator and be capable of working on Eastern Standard Time. The ideal candidate must possess nCino experience, which is used for managing credit portfolios, streamlining account onboarding, and originating loans for financial institutions. This is a role where the ideal candidate must also possess business facing experience with shareholders as well as having financial institution experience. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals. Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration Responsibilities: Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data governance best practices Manage system security, including field-level security and sharing rules Support releases by performing sandbox testing, change set deployments, and documentation Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce users Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permission sets Configure and customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types Build and maintain automation using Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules to streamline business processes nCino related responsibilities: Administer and support the nCino Bank Operating System within Salesforce Configure loan origination workflows, credit processes, and approval hierarchies in nCino Maintain and customize nCino objects such as loans, relationships, and credit memos Collaborate with business stakeholders (lending, underwriting, operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions Support integrations between nCino and third-party systems (e.g., core banking systems, document management tools) Monitor and troubleshoot nCino-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to lending operations Assist with regulatory compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate loan data and system controls This position pays $40.00 per hour on a w-2 or $45.00 on a Corp basis.
