This role functions as the internal CEO of execution, responsible for ensuring that systems, teams, and delivery perform at an elite standard regardless of scale, complexity, or market pressure. Role Summary We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to own execution for R3volution AD Services Inc. This role is responsible for operational systems, delivery performance, margin control, and remote team execution. The COO translates strategy into disciplined, repeatable operations. Primary Responsibilities • Build and enforce scalable SOPs across onboarding, delivery, approvals, QA, and reporting • Own operational KPIs: utilization, margins, delivery timelines, retention • Ensure profitable execution across all service lines • Integrate and govern the agency tech stack (CRM, PM, analytics, AI) • Lead remote, cross-functional teams with accountability and clarity • Convert leadership strategy into weekly execution plans Execution Readiness Requirement · Must arrive with a proven operating framework already used successfully in a digital agency · Able to present a clear 30–60 day execution plan to running a digital marketing agency within the first interview stages · Demonstrated history of implementing systems that improved delivery speed, margins, and accountability · Comfortable enforcing a structured rollout of processes without disrupting client delivery Required Qualifications • 5–12+ years in digital marketing, agency operations, or SaaS-adjacent services • Senior operations leadership experience (COO, VP Ops, Director of Ops) • Proven experience scaling a service-based business • Strong command of utilization, capacity planning, and arenaflex-to-deliver • Hands-on experience with CRM, project management, and analytics platforms • Demonstrated success managing fully remote teams Leadership Requirements • Comfortable enforcing standards and making hard decisions • Able to challenge sales and delivery when execution risk exists • Data-driven, process-focused, and operationally disciplined Work Environment • 100% Remote • Results-driven, high-accountability culture Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational excellence of a dynamic digital marketing agency operating remotely.
