About the Role:

The Client Accounts Admin is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers within the organization's portfolio. This role involves direct communication with customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
