Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve citizens' lives. They are seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and IT services, ensuring that business needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving issues affecting cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and networking
- Plan, test, and deploy operating system and application patches in accordance with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD compliance standards
- Familiarity with ServiceNow RPMS, ACAS vulnerability scanning, cloud monitoring tools, and plugin management
- Provide basic user and customer support and troubleshooting
- Provide application navigation assistance
- Hybrid work environment
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any combination of the following:
- Experience supporting AWS Cloud
- Providing content management support in all source intel areas
- Military experience
- Providing basic user and customer support and troubleshooting in intelligence, cyber or application support areas
- Providing appropriate security controls (identity management, network segmentation, encryption) based on risk and business requirements
- An active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with RHEL Linux
- AWS cloud certifications
- Experience deploying, and managing AWS cloud resources including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and others
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Detail oriented and comfortable conversing with client leadership
