We have Contract role Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1 (Data Entry Clerk) for our client at Washington WA. Position Details: Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1 (Data Entry Clerk)-Washington WA Location : US - WA - Washington (REMOTE) Project Duration : 6+ Months Pay range : $18-$19/hr on W2 Screening Questions: Do you have prior experience working with commercial insurance certificates, policies, or insurance-related documentation? • Yes direct commercial insurance experience • Yes insurance-related but not commercial • No This role requires high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy across multiple systems and Excel. How would you rate your experience in this area? • Extensive experience (daily, high-volume, high accuracy) • Moderate experience • Limited experience Will be working PST time zone (must be located in PST time zone, but not California) from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST daily or can be located in an EST time zone and work schedule would be from 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST daily. Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1 No exceptions on required physical work locations and shift schedules. Job Responsibilities: Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Commercial Insurance lines • Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies • Data management • Data entry • Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques • Ability to work required schedule based on location- 8:00 AM to 5: PM PST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily • Required skills and experience that will lead to success: • Interpreting client requirements and documents. • Data management experience. • Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Client systems. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to communicate well with clients, expert professionalism skills required. • Data Entry experience and attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required). • Ability to pivot between multiple applications. • Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry will be helpful and considered first. Education: • College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience.
