Position Overview – Behavior Technician (Full‑Time / Part‑Time)

We are urgently seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to serve as Behavior Technicians for children ages 18 months through school age. In this role, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under the mentorship of Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and senior staff. You will work directly with children in their homes, at our Boscobel centers, or via remote platforms, helping them develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

This is a remote‑compatible position based in Boscobel, WI, with immediate start dates available. Whether you are looking for a full‑time career or a flexible part‑time schedule, we have the right hours for you (shifts run between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.).
