Creative Content Creator — Role Description Gaui is looking for a Creative Content Creator who can elevate the brand's content across social media through visually cohesive and high-performing content. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and execution. You will produce both editorial-style and organic content that resonates with women, reflects a refined feminine perspective, and performs strongly across platforms. The ideal candidate understands how social platforms work and knows how to translate ideas, products, and moments into content that generates reach, engagement, and brand visibility. This role places a strong emphasis on producing content that creates impact and results while maintaining a consistent and elevated visual identity. Core Responsibilities Social Media Content Creation - Create visually compelling content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Develop both: • Editorial-style content • Organic social media content - Translate product launches, campaigns, and brand moments into engaging social-first storytelling. - Create content that drives reach, engagement, and exposure. Photography & Video Production - Capture photo and video content aligned with the brand’s visual identity. - Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and social-first formats. - Solid understanding of photography, including lenses, camera settings, lighting, and production equipment used to capture high-quality visual content. - Balance both: • polished editorial content • high-performing organic social content - Maintain strong visual standards while working efficiently. High-Impact Content Output - Produce a consistent volume of impactful content while maintaining quality. - Identify opportunities to turn everyday moments, product drops, or brand activity into engaging content. - Experiment with formats and storytelling approaches that improve performance across social media. Creative Collaboration - Work closely with the creative and marketing teams on content initiatives. - Participate in photoshoots, campaign production, and content planning. - Contribute ideas that push the brand’s content forward creatively. Execution & Deadlines - Manage multiple content priorities at the same time. - Deliver work consistently within fast-moving timelines. - Remain flexible as campaigns, launches, or priorities evolve. Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of active experience creating social media content, ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries. - Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video content, and social media storytelling. - Experience creating both organic and editorial-style content. - Experience with photography and video editing tools. - Ability to produce high volumes of impactful content while maintaining creative quality. - Experience working collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. - Clear understanding of women’s fashion and feminine visual storytelling.
