Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams, ensuring that all stakeholders collaborate effectively to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate business requirements into actionable data outputs and experience in managing complex matrixed business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple workstreams to ensure project goals are met
• Support the transition process from the consulting company, ensuring a smooth handover of project responsibilities
• Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from consulting personnel prior to their exit, ensuring that knowledge and expertise are retained
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are aligned with business objectives

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a matrixed or complex business environment
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate business requirements into actionable data outputs
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI, with the ability to summarize data into reports and presentations for senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural setting, with a strong understanding of diverse business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex matrixed business environments, with a strong understanding of business operations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
