They are seeking a Coordinator, Social Community to develop social media content and foster relationships within influencer and press communities, while managing content calendars and monitoring social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across various platforms
- Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative
- Identify and leverage rising influencers, trending sounds, and new content formats to enhance brand storytelling and outreach efforts
- Support product launches by coordinating social media rollouts, activations, and content distribution, including handling product orders and mailing when needed
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics monthly to evaluate content effectiveness and guide strategic planning
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencers/social/PR/communications/contracts or related space
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe)
- Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
- Experience creating content for social channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
- A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experienced working with influencers or creators
