This role transforms complex datasets into actionable insights that drive enterprise-wide decision-making. This position is ideal for an analytics professional with a strong technical foundation who is ready to expand their impact in a growing, data-driven organization. The analyst will work cross-functionally, deepen technical capabilities, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen data literacy, governance, and reporting standards across the enterprise. • *Key Responsibilities** • Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other approved business intelligence tools. Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, visually compelling reporting solutions. Ensure visualizations follow enterprise design standards, brand consistency, and accessibility best practices. Continuously enhance dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs. • Data Analysis & Query Development: Write, refine, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple data sources. Conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis to identify trends, outliers, and operational improvement opportunities. Validate data accuracy and consistency through structured quality assurance and testing protocols. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, clinical, and marketing to understand reporting needs and business goals. Facilitate conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on data definitions and outputs. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business questions into actionable analytics solutions. Support change management efforts tied to new dashboards, reports, and metrics. • Data Governance & Documentation: Support enterprise data governance initiatives by helping define and standardize key metrics and performance indicators. Maintain clear documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting logic. Participate in efforts to improve data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Assist in auditing and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with data engineering and source system teams. • Analytics Request Management: Assist with intake, triage, and tracking of analytics and reporting requests to ensure prioritization and clarity. Manage delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain transparency with stakeholders by communicating timelines, dependencies, and progress updates. • Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing: Engage in ongoing learning related to analytics tools, healthcare domain knowledge, and emerging data technologies. Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Explore new features within Power BI, SQL enhancements, and modern data platforms to continuously improve reporting capabilities. • *Requirements** • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for reporting and analysis. Strong working knowledge of Power BI (or comparable BI tools), including dashboard development and data modeling. Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and data model optimization is highly desirable. • Data Platforms: Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure is preferred. • Healthcare Data Knowledge: Experience analyzing healthcare datasets such as EHR, claims, and financial data is highly valuable. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy best practices preferred. • Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
