With a global presence and a team of experts dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we're committed to helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing digital landscape. **Job Details:** * **Hiring Organization:** arenaflex * **Post Name:** Customer Service Representative * **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience * **Industry:** Technology and Cloud Computing * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Work Hours:** 8 hours per day * **Salary:** Competitive salary and benefits package **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet assembled needs * Leading technical projects, technology support, and bid responses, as well as providing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordinating supporting technical assets * Delivering product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness * Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration * 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies **Preferred Qualifications:** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT innovation space **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and application development * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
