NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator. This role involves managing communication of NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships initiatives and coordinating marketing efforts across various internal teams and external events.
Responsibilities
- Create industry leading marketing materials, campaigns, client experiences and other B2B marketing tactics
- Build and develop trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the benefits of being a partner (including sales materials, eblasts, sweepstakes, industry events & conferences, social campaigns, events and more)
- Assist on client events (content strategy, event ideation, branding, premiums, list management & execution) in collaboration with Corporate Events
- Develop immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-class in the marketplace
- Assist the marketing manager and communications team with social media marketing efforts for the Advertising and Partnerships handles
- Manage the RSVP and list gathering, analysis, and attendance reporting process for current events. Code and submit invoices
- Create additional event-related collateral as needed (i.e. lookbooks, timelines, grids, recap decks, etc...)
- Assisting with creating communication/social plans timelines for external events
Skills
- 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs; exposure to database tools, email marketing tools and/or Salesforce a plus
- Demonstrated experience with design and proficiency Adobe Creative suite experience is a strong plus
- Background in social media marketing, including content creation, editing and platform management is highly desirable
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Must be confident executing leadership's direction in a fast-paced workflow
- Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exhibit core behaviors (e.g. clear and concise communication, client service, strategic thinking, problem-solving, detail oriented)
- A self-starter and 'Jack-of-all-trades' with a no task too big or too small attitude
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed to support event efforts
