Job Description:
• Own brand stewardship and ensure consistency across all content and channels
• Extract content from live sessions, events, and internal materials to create scalable assets
• Prepare and brief leadership for appearances including events, podcasts, and presentations
• Set creative direction for content across social and media platforms
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking content strategy and calendar
• Partner with internal content and creative team members to execute on brand vision
• Identify trends and opportunities to expand reach and engagement
• Build systems to scale content production over time
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or personal brand
• Proven experience building or scaling a personal or executive brand
• Strong writing and content strategy capabilities
• Experience working across multiple content formats and platforms
• Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
• Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and systems
