As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and service regarding our products. You'll be the voice of our customers within the company, advocating for their needs and helping us grow the business. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product knowledge, problem-solving, and research skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Manage high-quality communications with our customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring consistency and excellence in every interaction.
- Meet and exceed the high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations of the role, focusing on the quality of customer interactions, average handle time, adherence to shift, and more.
- Promote the blithequark brand through effective conflict resolution and communication skills, ensuring a positive brand image and customer experience.
- Advocate for our players and customers to help drive business growth and improvement.
- Become licensed in multiple states through applicable gaming commissions to assist customers across different platforms and jurisdictions.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
- A college degree, equivalent experience, or prior relevant work experience. While preferred, we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills and experience.
- Prior experience in online customer support or a related field. If you have a background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, you're already one step ahead.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including weeknights and weekends, between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight), with 5 days of work and 2 days off. Our Customer Experience team operates on a Bi-Annual shift change, effective September and March each year, to ensure proper staffing during peak periods.
- Proficiency with Zendesk (or other ticketing processor systems) and Microsoft Office product suite is preferred, though not mandatory. We're willing to train the right candidate.
- A polite, attentive, and friendly demeanor. If you're someone who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Additionally, due to state licensing requirements for our industry, you must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role.
