Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our store, delivering fast, friendly, and reliable service to every guest who walks through our doors. This role blends cash handling, product expertise, and a sprinkle of culinary assistance for our food program. No two days are alike—you’ll rotate through a variety of store zones, ensuring the environment stays clean, organized, and welcoming while consistently meeting sales goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet each guest with a warm, authentic welcome and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Operate the register efficiently, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products, delivering personalized purchase suggestions that align with guest needs.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation—shelf stocking, signage placement, floor cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the food program team, preparing items, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with receiving deliveries.
