Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support customers and team members by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Promote company services and products to customers and prospects
- Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
