Key Responsibilities
- Make continuous outbound calls to customers, providing a seamless and professional experience
- Efficiently use our on-screen script and flowchart to navigate customer interactions
- Accurately document and update customer records based on conversations, ensuring data integrity
- Perform warm handoffs to our partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a smooth transition
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work with minimal supervision

We offer both part-time and full-time schedules to accommodate your needs:
Part-Time Schedule
- 28 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
Full-Time Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
